Consultation

Whether you’re in the thinking phases or have everything planned, let’s get together and get your dreams to reality.  Home building starts with the idea, then the plan, the constructing, and the enjoying.  The consultation is the interview, we want you to be comfortable with who you choose to build your home.  Your home is a large investment, that is not something anyone should go into with trepidations. Design

This is where your thoughts and dreams are brought to life. We utilize local draftsmen and architects to draft up your plans, or we can use prints from an architect you already have. Either way, this step hammers out the details before anything else happens in order for us to create something amazing. It's an important step in our home building process.

This is a very exciting time! All of our clients' ideas come alive during this process as it's when all of their thought processes get turned into visual drawings that make sense so they're able to be built by someone skilled with drafting who knows what he/she doing.

Site Planning

Designing your residential home or lake home site before you build a new house can help save time and money. We have the right team to lay it out in such a way that will work for you, no matter what kind of landscape design or style is desired. Just another important step in our home building process.

Certifications

As a licensed contractor, we’re required to take continued education yearly to make sure we’re aware & uphold new building codes & practices. E.L. Builders was the 2017 MMBA Spring Home Tour “Best of Show” winner. We give a lot of credit to our home building process for helping us receive this award.
