Are we licenced?
E.L. Builders has been a licensed contractor since 2007.
do you do all phases of construction?
Yes, as a general contractor we do all phases of anything to do with any building project.
are you on-site or a brief-case contractor?
We feel that an on-site owner is a vested partner in your biggest investment. Eric wears his bags, and is a hands-on owner who is on-site from the beginning of the project to the end.
how far does your service territory extend?
Typically we like to keep it local, within an hour from Pequot Lakes. Our sub-contractors & vendors are people we value, and try to stay close to their home too.
how long have we been in the trade?
